• Adhere to health, safety and security procedures of the Client and Company, including Incident Reporting, Risk Management and Emergency Procedures.

• Constantly maintain confidentiality of all fellow workers, personal and company related information.
• Constantly maintain confidentiality when transferring information via internet or email.
• Comply with Company and Client’s Policy concerning residing and behavior in their territory.
• Demonstrate high level of discretion, tact and diplomacy at work.
• It is at all times required to appear in a suitable manner/ Corporal hygiene must be irreproachable.
• Deal with Military Committee of Zhylyoi region on military certificates of employees and run monthly reports on liable for military service employees.
• Deal with Rail Road Company in order timely and proper booking, purchasing and coordinating the required number of railroad tickets for employees.
• To run monthly reports for medical nurse on new hires and their medical certificates.
• Responsible for employees’ references preparation.
• Responsible for documents putting to personal history.
• Responsible for handing in order copies to accounting department and other departments.
• Have control over scheduling and compliance with work hour’s and annual leave schedule
• Responsible for proper timesheets completion, checking and submission of HR staff to the Finance Department.
• Provide translation of documentation related to the HR Department including applications, information letters, correspondence, minutes of meetings and other documentation
• Timely make bus requests for crew change of HR employees.
• Archive the documents accurate, responsible for HR archive.
• Responsible for CV Data Base.
• Perform other duties that comply with the held position, specialty and qualification as directed by line manager.
• Prepare Best Employee Report
• Prepare other reports according to the Head of the Department requirement
• To assist HR Inspector according to HR Inspector instructions in preparing Prikazes and other types of documents.
• To assist HR Inspector in preparing Prikazes and other types of documents related employees.
